Our mission:
To honor South Dakota youth by awarding post secondary scholarships for acts of compassion, good citizenship and humanitarianism.
On May 22, 2006 the young lives of sisters Ashley and Amanda Loban of Brookings, SD were tragically cut short following a fatal car crash in Brookings County. Ashley and Amanda touched the lives of many and their loss was felt by the entire community. Loban Memorial, Inc. was established in order to celebrate and remember the wonderful lives of Ashley and Amanda and to award scholarships to student’s based on acts of kindness, good citizenship and humanitarianism.
